Field Manager & Recruiter

Within WB&H, he is responsible for recruitment and administrative activities, while also working as an active subcontractor directly involved in the execution of various projects. In addition to coordinating and communicating with candidates, he actively participates in work processes and collaborates on individual projects. When required, he also provides onboarding and training for new candidates, helping them become familiar with the working system, procedures, and requirements of the respective project.
